Requirements for Tree Trimmers/Arborists:
- Arborists or tree trimmers must be registered with the Borough of West Pittston
- To register, an arborist/tree trimmer must be licensed in the borough
- If an unlicensed arborist/tree trimmer attempts to work on tree lawn trees in West Pittston, he/she will be fined $300.00 per event
- All arborists/tree trimmers must first confirm the existence of a Borough issued permit to work on tree lawn trees in West Pittston, if this is not done a fine of $300.00 will be imposed on the contractor per event
